1.建议航班起飞前2小时到达机场。

2.国际航班于计划起飞时间前3小时(ATR机型2.5小时)开始办理乘机手续,于航班起飞前45分钟截止乘机手续的办理。

3.国内航班于计划起飞时间前2小时开始办理乘机手续,于航班起飞前30分钟截止乘机手续的办理。

4.航站楼登机广播为区域广播,航班登机前和登机过程中提供广播告知服务,登机结束前对未登机旅客进行姓名广播查找,航班登机在航班计划起飞前15分钟截止。

5.航班出港延误或者取消时,每隔30分钟向旅客广播和发布航班出港延误或者取消信息。
